Amplifying a Legacy of Impact: Indiana Black Expo
Hire is a staffing and talent solutions agency built by former operators who got tired of recruiting with no results. With locations in Jackson, Chillicothe, and Columbus, Ohio, Hire built a reputation as a hiring partner, not just a vendor. But their marketing hadn’t kept pace with their ambition. Efforts across locations felt disconnected, and Hire needed a cohesive strategy and day to day execution plan to drive the brand awareness and leads it needed to grow.
Hire came to us in early 2025 asking how they could more effectively and consistently tell their story, one that would strengthen brand communications, generate leads, and support client retention as the company expanded. A little over a year later, we’re still carrying it forward, and Hire has expanded into Fort Worth, Texas.

Purposeful Communications Update
We built Hire’s marketing strategy around three pillars: brand awareness, lead generation, and client retention and expansion. That started with a refreshed brand communications strategy, one that gave Hire’s team a clear, consistent way to talk about who they are and how they work.
We developed a Brand Communications Quick Reference Guide that codified Hire’s mission, values, and voice across every touchpoint: relationships built on trust, integrity grounded in honesty and follow-through, and dependability that shows up in how the team listens and responds. We also defined how Hire talks about its work — from the language it uses to describe clients and candidates, to the overall tone that runs through every interaction.
From there, we built consistent, on-brand graphic templates the team could use across every location, so Hire showed up the same way whether someone encountered them in Jackson, Chillicothe, Columbus, or Fort Worth.
Website
Hire’s old site was doing its brand a disservice. It was heavy on repetitive copy that gave potential applicants little sense of what it was actually like to work with the companies Hire staffs for. We knew the redesign had to lead with the information that matters to client partners and talent, and the presentation needed to better represent the experience and dedication Hire brings to the equation.
Building trust was just as important as building a better look. We added statistics throughout the site that make the “Hire difference” tangible, and started surfacing positive reviews directly on the page to give prospective clients and candidates real proof points, not just claims.
At the core of it all was user experience. The redesign made it faster and easier for potential applicants to understand who Hire is and get connected, turning a site that used to slow people down into one that moves them forward.
